Okay so I have taken birth control pills for almost two years now. I had a mother figure tell me that you don't necessarily have to take the "sugar pills" because they do nothing except keep you on track with your medication. I have an alarm set for 7:00 am every morning to take a pill each day, so when my sugar pills come around, I just turn off the alarm and don't take them until I get to my actual birth control again. I was just wondering if what she told me was true or if there's a little something in the placebos that makes me still need to take them? Thanks ladies, I really appreciate your help. :)
