Birthing/exercise Ball?

Question

Anyone have any experience using one? This is my second and I didn't bother with my first but want to try it out with this one. Any good experiences to share?

I used one in labor.  I even put it in the shower to sit on with the water running- just make sure it isn't covering the drain.

I've been sitting on one for the last few months at work (I sit for 10-12 hour shifts). My baby's been head down since around 28 weeks, and he has always been super low. Since my pelvic pain has been getting worse, I assume he's in a good position. 
It helps a lot with my posture and prevents some lower back pain that I'd get from sitting in a normal office chair.

During the last month, I plan on sitting on it.  My midwife told me that sitting on one helps lower baby so a shorter labor.

Used one both pregnancies and my labors have been great! It also helps relieve pressure and just feels a lot more comfortable than sitting on the couch.

I used one to sit on the the last couple months of my last pregnancy. I planned to use it in labor, but things went so quickly I didn't get the chance to.

I've been sitting on one while working for the last month or so. Hopefully I'll get to try it out during labor this time :)

I started sitting on one for my birth class and I loved it so much I bought one for myself. I got it for $15 from amazon. It's suppose to be good for labor and opening the pelvis. All and all I am excited to have it for early labor.
