relaxers / perms ...?

How do you all ( that have used them / used them on people ) honestly feel about them ?? All comments , opinions welcomed ☺️

My mom put relaxers in my hair for years and I finally went natural.  In my opinion, there no reason to slather harmful chemicals on your hair. As African Americans, we're blessed with unique hair patterns and textures. Why not embrace it?

I have used them since I was little and stoped this year. Did the big chop, I  Iike being natural more then permed. Perm makes your hair thin, can burn you and leave you with sores and can make your hair fall out.

I have been getting them since 13. They burn like hell but my natural hair would be to much to handle.
