luteal phase?

Just curious what some of yalls luteal phase is. Mine is pretty long since it factors my cycles that were irregular but now that they are under control (sorta) I don't know what to think. My cycles are about 26-30 days

I got AF last month on day 28 and ovulated day 20 so my luteal phase was to short. I have PCOS so my guess is it's an issue with my progesterone. From research I've done take vitamins E, B6, and C help women with ovulation and luteal phase issues. I ovulated in day 19 this month so I'm hoping that taking the vitamins helped cause we times BDing better this month.

My lateral phase is 14 days I can normally pinpoint the day I ovulate with opk and ewcm and ovulation pain. Then exactly 14 days later af shows up. Even if I ovulate later than normal I still have a 14 day lateral phase
