I had an emergency salpingectomy 1 week ago due to EP and ruptured tube after two failed rounds of methotrexate.  Right tube removed.  I am curious about what to expect when AF returns for the first time.  I'm sure it's different for everyone, but about how long before AF returns? Should I expect my cycles to be different?  I probably won't track my ovulation until after a few cycles.  I want to ensure that I am as healthy as can be before we try again.  Any advice, feedback, and/or words of encouragement are welcome!
