I think my stress is eating me alive
I have been extremely stressed out recently. It's starting to affect everything, I keep waking up in the middle of the night panicking and checking my phone because for some reason I think I'm going to wake up late for work. I can't keep track in daily conversations, I zone out and end up like walking away in the middle of a conversation and blurring things out. I'm getting stomach pains during the day that feels like I'm being stabbed like my ab muscles cramp up bad. I am getting headaches that are making me throw up. I feel like my stress is eating me alive and I'm losing it. I am wondering if any of you have ever felt this way and have any ideas to help me get through this?
