3 month old not eating

My son is 3 and half months old he woke up fine and had a bottle(he doesn't breastfeed) and a 2 hr nap and then he started crying he would go down for his afternoon nap didn't eat, wouldn't take his binky. He slept a total of 3 hrs today and are a total of maybe 7oz, and had a fever of 99.1. I finally got him to bed around 1130pm and he had 2 oz of Pedialyte. Any idea should could be wrong?????? I called his Dr he has an appt in the morning I'm worried. And he has only had about 4 war diapers all day. Help????
