Nausea halfway through meals

I'm 11w 3d and finding it hard to finish a meal. I'm fine throughout the day, but about halfway through a meal, I'll lose my appetite! Does this happen to anyone else?

I wonder if it has something to do with all my insides changing to accommodate a growing uterus.
