Ovulation Question!
I am 34 and TTC. We have only been trying for 4 months now. I have been tracking my period for over 4 years, haven't been on any BC during that time and am regular. Do I still need to be using ovulation sticks to predict or are these more for women who are irregular? Thanks for the advice!!
