Baby safe tie dye kits?

Does the brand matter? Any suggestions? Was wanting to make him a few things :)

I just did a bunch of onesies i dont see why it wouldn't be safe since it has to be rinsed thoroughly and then washed, then hopefully washed with dreft or baby safe laundry detergent before you let your baby wear anything they get or you buy.

RIT dye is NOT baby safe. Tulip and Dylon are, and can be found at most craft stores!

I've recently seen a few things about making your own natural dyes from vegetables. I would imagine that would be a safe dye to use on baby clothes because you wouldn't have to worry about any chemicals. It might be an issue if baby is alregic to one of the foods you use, but I think in that case as long as you wash the items before you put them on the baby it should be fine (which is of course the same as any of the clothes you buy or any dyes you would use anyway).
