27weeks5days really bad diarrhea

Hi ladies just wondering and in need of some relief. So since yesterday morning I had been cramping. I took my 6 year old to school say 7:20am I got back home around 7:40 once I got home I had to rush to the bathroom. I also had to go get my 1hr Glucose test done at 9 am. Once I left to go get that done I started cramping again. Got home at 10:30 and again I had to rush to bathroom since then I have not stopped having diarrhea and mild like period cramps!!!Have any of you ladies experienced bad runs while this prego? And if you have do y'all have any suggestions to make it stop or something that made u feel better?
