pregnancy after nasty break up

I'm scared I might be pregnant. My BF of 3 years and I just broke up because I found out he's cheating on me. I have pregnancy signs like sore/sensitive breasts, upset stomach, increased discharge, dizzy spells, major fatigue, and minor pains in my abdomen. I spotted when I wiped a few days ago as well. I never have these symptoms before my period. I just took a hpt (2 days before my period) and it was negative. 
I'm so scared. He's a manipulative liar and I don't know what id do if I am pregnant. Any advice?
