Advice for swollen feet
So I have pregnancy edema which is normal and its just where my feet are swollen. I'm 33 weeks and I'm being induced at 39.... Well I am working until 38. Five more weeks . my feet are so swollen that even my socks cut into my ankles and I'm a server so I'm always on my feet 6 days a week. Any advice on what I can do to help this swelling ? Work is getting very painful!!
