after the pill

So I started taking the pill to regulate my period and I only took it for a month before I realized I didn't want to anymore so now my app says im in that fertility stage and I have had sex everyday of it but lucky im trying to conceive but don't know if the pill is still in my system I've read it is no longer in there a week or 2 after last taking it? Anyone else heard this ? Do you think it will be regular this time and we just might have a chance at conceiving???
