Allergy Relief
I have horrible seasonal allergies and since finding out I was pregnant have stopped taking Flonase because it's not found one way or another to have an effect on the baby. Figured better to be safe than sorry.
I do take a clairitin every day and lately I'm finding I'm so miserable that I'm waking up feeling like I'm sick vs just having bad allergies.
Anything that you might take or recommend that helps you? I'm also to get a flu shot next week and have a feeling this will all trigger me getting sick - which sounds horrible being pregnant.
