Boyfriend?

Hi, sorry to rant, but there's a boy, wait let me start from the beginning. In middle school 6th orchestra class, a guy tried to ask me out. I was young and was obviously afraid of relationships. Over years people told me he had a HUGE crush on me. Now I'm a senior in High school. He goes to my new school I just transferred to. He's actually good looking and such, anywho. One of my friends know him. He rides her bus. She gave him my number and such. This was like 3 weeks ago. He hasn't never texted me. She asked him once again if he had texted me, he said "oh I keep forgetting". I don't know whether he's afraid to text me or has no interest in me anymore... let me know what you think 😊
