what does sex mean to you?

so, the other day i was talking to a therapist about my sexual escapades, and the way i was talking about it sparked a question in her brain, and she asked me what sex meant to me. well ive spent the last two weeks trying to understand what it means to me, after i had been thinking about it i kind of figured out that it made me feel powerful. i am generally an insecure person who is extremely to myself but i didnt realize how dominant and confident i felt while i was having sex until i thought about it.  so, i challenge you to think and share what sex means to you, be honest. no judgements here whatso ever. tell me what it means to you, there is absolutely no wrong way to veiw sex. what does it do for you? how do you benefit from it? what are some disadvantages to it? those are some questions to help spark your brain if youre havin troubles thinking of something. but i am really curious how yall see it so please let me know!!
