Kind of gross but could use some feedback.

So I'm trying to get ahold of my doctor but in the meantime I thought I'd ask you ladies as there wasn't anything helpful on google. Starting yesterday CD 8 I got a dull cramping on my left side. It's still here today and now I have back pain and constant cramping in my left thigh. The gross part, I can't stop using the bathroom. It's not a lot just constant and green. Like a dark green. My period a week ago was light and two days late. Any thoughts?
