Anyone have Highmark BCBS??

My employer just switched our insurance plans to Highmark blue cross blue shield. I read on the coverage summary that infertility treatments are covered. Do any of you have personal experience with this plan and treatment costs? Ex: diagnostic tests like hsg exam, IUI, etc

My husband and I have Highmark BCBS.  We are covered for just about everything.  We have to pay the first $200 in a calendar year and then the rest is covered at 100% including IVF.  We are blessed to have this coverage.  I have had to pay for some medicine but minimal (less than $50).  I will tell you it depends on the plan you have.  My work also uses Highmark but a different plan.  If I was on my own insurance through work we would be paying a lot more and IVF is not covered.  Best to call them...they will tell you.

I have this insurance, but my coverage information tells me fertility stuff isn't covered. Maybe it varies by employer/plan?
