CD 48 and confused..

So far this is the longest cycle I've tracked. I didn't ovulate in the week glow said but took a opk in the morning of the 19th that was positive. So now I'm about 11dpo and took a test that was negative. We BD two days prior to ovulation and day of as well as after. Still too soon for testing right? I hate irregular periods. I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS but something tells me I might be. Any advice?
