Stomach bug while pregnant

Just wondering has there been anyone as "lucky" as me catching a stomach bug while pregnant. I've been pooping and vomiting like there is no tomorrow and I've tried some antacids which are supposed to be safe and some probiotics as well. A part from that nothing to do but wait until it passes. Any advice? 😷😷😷 have not gained any wait till now because I was also quite ill in the begging with morning sickness and now this but the baby is going strong and that's important.
