Hi. I had my first ultrasound today at 9w2d. There was no heartbeat and I was measuring about three weeks behind, even though I still have normal pregnancy symptoms. No spotting or bleeding. I'm not even sure when that could start, or why it hasn't by now.

I'm so upset, I keep going back and forth between numbness and crying my eyes out. My boyfriend is really sad too.

I was so excited to be a mom.
