I think a guy likes me and I like him a lot now, do you think he likes me? (I just really need advice/opinions)

(Im 15) these are things he has done:

-(obviously) he looked at me and when I looked at im he immediately looked away and rubbed his chin

-hes akward and shy around me (also doesnt really talk to anyone)

-Whenever we talk he puts his arm over his head ans messes with hair

-Whenever I look into his eyes while im talking, he looks away

-Hes more hyper and exciting around my sister than me :(

-There other day asked me to meet him alone without my sister and gave me a christmas present

(I know its just teenager problems but I really like him more and more everyday and just need advice and opinions from people) Thank you
