Help! Bleeding after sex!

Im almost 32 weeks pregnant & sex has become very difficult to master since it hurts so bad and my so is far from small in that area. Well this morning after having kinda rough sex last night I get up to use the bathroom and it's so painful to pee and I'm bleeding. I do not think it's internal, I'm pretty sure it's all external. How can I help these tears heal faster and get rid of the pain?! I know the obvious NO SEX, that will be no problem with this pain lol.
