Best Time of Day to Take an OPK?

Question

I have Wondfo OPK strips, what's the best time of day to use them? I asked my obgyn and he just said to look at the instructions with them, but apparently mine don't say, they just say how to use it.

It might be different for everybody, but my suggestion would be to take two a day (internet cheapies for sure!) one in the morning and one in the afternoon. 
When I do it that way I don't miss ovulation. Last month I used the digital opks and only tested in the morning and some nights, and totally missed my positive. Best of luck!
