Really sorry for the gross pic but I get this a lot but it's not my period because my period ended a week ago but there's blood and some drown discharge stuff. is this normal?

Just looks like old blood sometimes you spot old brown blood between periods

Pretty sure this is just spotting, if your worried about it I would go to a doctor but i reckons it's spotting which quite a lot of women get in between periods. The brown colour is because it's old blood and not fresh blood. Hope this helps 😊
