Contractions when baby moving?

I feel like I have contractions but then it's only when baby is moving. Is it her head positioned funny or is it just a coincidence? I'm 38+6

I have been feeling like this all day. I get a bad cramp, feel the urge to pee bad, then baby moves and kicks. It's weird and idk what it is.
