I came off my pill 5 weeks ago today and started my period on Thursday 9/29. Today I've noticed that my period has stopped when usually it would last 5 days. Has anyone else experienced this when coming off the pill?

I come off my pill 6 weeks ago now and the period I had when I come off was only 4 days and the period I have just had was the same 4 days and a 28 day cycle am waiting to see what this period is going to be like if it comes

My body went through a lot of changes after stopping the pill. My flow got heavier, my cramps got stronger, and it took a while to get onto a regular scheduled period again. However, once my body got a chance to regulate itself and be on a more natural path, everything became much more regular. Now, I have one day of cramps and crankiness (lol!), and my period starts and ends perfectly. I've been off for about 4 years now. I'd say, just give it time, unless you really feel off. Just remember that your hormones were being messed with a bit while on the pill, and they will be unbalanced for little while after stopping. Give it time and give your body lots of hormone balancing nutrition.😊
