Do i keep taking ovulation tests??? Please help im new to all this.

My husband and I have been ttc for a year now but ive never used ovulation strips before. I was wondering if i keep using my ovulation test strip during AF and if not when do i stop and start ovulation test strips again? Im so confused.

Once bleeding stops, start testing. Are your cycles regular? If so, you'll usually ovulate 10 - 14 days before your AF... so if you can work your dates out then test around that time... if that makes sense! In a 28 day cycle, the norm is to ovulate around cycle day 14 x

I generally start using them once AF stops up until I reach my peak. Then I don't use them again until I get AF next time or hopefully a BFP.

So if you have an idea of when you ovulate, start a few days before. Average is around day 10, so maybe start day 8 just in case. Try and test around 2 pm, and wait for the two lines to be equally dark.
