CM and Progesterone Suppositories?

If you are on, or have ever been, on progesterone suppositories, how do you record your CM during the TWW? I'm 7-9 dpo, and just started them 3 days ago, but all throughout the day its like versus seeing CM, I get melted progesterone when I go to the bathroom.
