Has anyone else had a cryptic pregnancy?

I'm damn near positive I'm pregnant including something physically kicking inside,my other half and parents have seen it. I haven't gotten a ultrasound yet,but I have had children now and know the difference between a baby moving and gas,or your intestines moving.
