I prefer tampons so I can feel comfortable wearing my cute underwear. Sometimes I do use pads when I run out of tanpons, which I hate because it's such a mess!

Reasons why I don't use tampons
1. First time I used one I did not put it in right. I did not read the instructions. I was young. Spent the rest of the night in agony.
2. The next time I DID read the instructions, and it was okay, but taking it out made me feel like one of the people in the Aliens movies where it bursts out of you. I now have so much more respect for women who have ever been in labor.
3. Even if everything did go smoothly, my anxious overthinking ass would be having a panic attack all day over the prospect of dying horribly at any moment.
