is anyone else suffering constipation????

Is anyone else suffering constipation so bad to where you're nauseated and can not eat 😭😭😭 idk what to do anymore it's so bad I wanna cry all the time because I'm out of options. I didn't think pregnancy would hit me this bad 😪😪

Forgot to add, my doc had me stop taking my prenatals. Too much iron is what caused my severe constipation

I had/have this problem majorly. Especially since i conpletely quit smoking and drinking coffee. So after a few weeks of constantly being constipated i started drinking a cup of coffee each morning again. And it's helped alot!!

I had it so bad last week, I ended up in the hospital for 2 days. I thought my appendix ruptured the pain was so bad. They gave me an enema that helped for that day. Day 2 I took Dulcolax and after that for day 3 & 4 I changed my diet completely. Black bean soup, grapes, watermelon, apples & a shit ton of water. By day 5 I was back to normal

Milanta is gods gift to pregnant women. Heartburn, sour stomach, nausea, and gas all gone. Most of the time I don't need a separate stool softener either. Tastes disgusting but gets the job done 👌🏻

Apple juice helped kinda move things along (it literally took like 4-5 large glasses of it)
And last night I picked up some coffee flavored ice cream (which, tmi, usually would give me the shits) ate some a while ago and it helped a bit more than the juice. It was tough going at first but once it started it was easier.
