I'm confused and worried

I am about 3 weeks late on my period. I have a lot of symptoms of pregnancy but I have taken multiple tests and they are negative. I'm not sure what to do. I get very random cramps on my lower left side and saw it could be an ectopic preganancy. Do y'all have any insight?
