Ibuprofen and possibly pregnant

So I'm waiting on my blood test to see if I'm pregnant and I have wisdom teeth coming in and 3 cavities that need to be filled could ibuprofen hurt even if I don't know I'm pregnant and could the numbing stuff hurt while I'm getting my teeth filled?
