Cramping

I am 9 weeks today. The past few days I have been cramping pretty bad. It will be on my left or right side. But as soon as I lay down it goes away for the most part. I am on my feet all day and lift a lot at work. So I hope I am just over doing it a little. Anyone have a similar situation? I am calling the Dr about it tomorrow.
