stomach ache and discharge?

I'm really confused. I'm having stomach cramps and more discharge than usual, I'm 10 days away from my period so could these just be PMS? or is it a sign of pregnancy??? I'm scared 😭😭

If it's around when you ovulate, then you're probably just experiencing cramps from your egg coming down. It can also be gas trapped in there. I'd say wait for your period to come before getting too worried
