Feeling like babies head is LITERALLY RIGHT THERE!!

38 weeks today and I swear her head is sitting right there. I can't really sit up anymore without feeling like sitting g on her head. When she moves down there it gets a bit painful too. I have so much pressure it's insane. Does this means she's dropped lower than before and getting ready?
