In general I'm the opposite, I'm 40 with a 7 year old and while yes I have felt tierd, I haven't been as tierd as my pregnancy 7 years ago. I think it's because when your a mum already you have to keep going and I'm used to sleeping less now then before I became a Mum. I was a sleepaholic in my 20's early 30's so definitely got more get up and go at 40, plus I don't drink alcohol at all now so that dramatically increases your energy and generally has a positive impact on your body.

I agree.  I don't remember being this tired at 26.  Of course I have so much more I am responsible for now.
