I'm 39 weeks today. I've never had one before but I think I might have one. Externally. It doesn't feel too great! I have not been straining. Have had loose stools? Anyone else with this issue??? What did u use for relief??

I was hoping I'd away with not having any but two weeks before my due date and bam! Hemerroids! I use the cream (anusol) twice a day and after every 'movement'! I find it embarrassing but they are a fact of pregnancy! Good luck!

There's creams out there for it, baths are good.. and I like to use sensitive baby wipes, when mine act up.. makes it easier to wipe, and it's nice and cool.. also, get a donut, gotta give that tushy a break lol.

I feel your pain, I've never had them more painful in my life. Developed them yesterday at 39+8. Like really? Scared of my labor now.....

It may just be the pressure. I got them at 35 weeks horrible!! U can use prep H cream, tucks pads (witch hazel). Moist toilet wipes instead of dry tp, Epsom salt baths

I started getting them around 35 weeks! Also not straining but all the pressure down there causes them too. Mine will go away and then flare back up every few days so I'm just trying to keep them under control until baby is born. I try to take a bath every day (even if it's just a quick one) and use witch hazel.
