help !

I can't keep down water 😩. I'm so miserable , I'm 7 weeks and 3 days. I have a 8 year old son but I had him at 17 , I'm 26 and I really don't remember morning sickness being this bad. Actually I didn't know I was pregnant until 4 months into the pregnancy. I am a student full time and I work full time standing 8 Hours overnight. I need help getting through this any suggestions ?
