2 positive pregnancy tests but faint second line

So today I took two pregnancy tests they were both positive the picture on the box shows one dark line and one light line and the line that's suppose to be light is very very light but they look the same on both tests what do y'all think am I pregnant I've been trying since December and I don't want this to be wrong it's faint but it's there this is the second test my results came up within 5 minutes at the most ​
