**In Early Labor** I Need Ways to Relax!
I'm 39+3 and I'm having contractions, but the hospital won't admit me because I'm so tense that I'm stalling the progression of labor. I'm still in the first stage, but constantly contracting. Ive tried walking, taking a warm bath, listening to music (which sort of works, sometimes), breathing exercises, but nothing seems to really be working to help me relax! Does anybody have any other techniques/advice on relaxing, especially the lower back muscles? (My SO is gone for a work trip; won't be back till beginning of next week. No personal massage therapist. Lol!)
