So the other day I was at doc and she did exam, said I was 50% effaced and not dilated yet. She also said "baby is definitely head down" while feeling my cervix. Does this mean baby is "engaged" or "dropped" yet? Or she was just remarking on baby's position. I was thinking she wouldn't be able to tell that baby was head down just from feeling inside unless baby's head was right there? I'm 37w tomorrow. Thanks!
