Anyone gaining weight fast early in pregnancy?

Hey ladies, so I'm only five weeks and four days pregnant but for some reason I've gained 4 pounds. It's kind of scary me a little bit seen how is this is my third pregnancy and I am the heaviest I've ever been. I'm honestly scared for my health and Baby. Has this happened to anyone else??

I gained quickly in my pregnancy too, up to week 6 I gained Alot. Then between week 6 to week 20 I stopped gaining at all. It'll be ok 😊

I didn't start this pregnancy overweight and I weighed 160. But I have been 240 pounds before..about two years ago and lost 70 pounds.   But I easily gain weight no matter what. Unless I'm on an extremely strict diet I can easily gain 5 pounds in a week.  This is my first pregnancy and I am 37w5d  now.  I feel back in my old eating habits at the beginning because of what I was craving.  I gained almost 18 pounds In 5 weeks!!!!!   I could t believe it.  Also this past two weeks, I've gained a lot more as well.   Mentally it's hard to deal with.

I've gained 30lbs in 18 weeks. But part of that is moving from Asia back to America, the land of simple carbs and dairy lmao, and also it's a big lifestyle change going from walking everywhere to having nothing to do. But anyway, yeah, 30lbs really freaked me out. But my blood pressure and sugars are all fine and dandy. I'm doing pregnancy yoga and eating as healthy as possible. Focus less on your weight, and more on your health. 😄😄 It will put you more at ease.

How are you doing? Were you able to slow it down at all? I'm 5w3d and I'm noticing the same thing!! I'm trying to be healthier and drink lots of water but I feel like I'm just gaining instead. I'm afraid of what my doctor is going to say at my first visit next week 😫

I was 253 pre-pregnancy and now at 14 weeks I'm down to 240 since week 9. But I wasn't able to eat hardly any thing for the first few weeks.

Pre-pregnancy weight was 239. Currently 5 weeks along and weighing in at 244. Hoping it doesn't continue to go up. I'm trying to follow a better diet this time around than I did with my first. I gained 80lbs with him and I'm not looking to do that again!
