Help need advice very urgent

AF arrived 2 days late but when I'm late it's never normally heavy but this time it was an I have had like pea size blood clots when I go to the toilet. Is this bad? I go back to the docs on Monday to get results of a full blood examination including pregnancy and ultrasound result
