new comer ttc

So am I the only one who gets confused with symptoms?.... I don't mean to sound dumb or like I don't know my body but I feel like I can't decide if I'm going to get my period or if I'm actually pregnant... this will be my first child... AF due in 2 days sharp pains in my breast cramping appetite increase a little nausea fatigue and backache feelings discouraged because I think I'll be getting my period 😞
