I never thought to have a baby shower like the way I did, with so many loving people who I had barely met from my parents church. To me it wasn't about the gifts, I just wanted people to come and have a good time as we celebrate a new life coming to this world. At first I was always so stressed about my boyfriend not working, only being 18, and us not being able to get everything for our baby. All that changed with him getting 2 jobs, and my mom throwing me a beautiful baby shower even tho her & my dad weren't too happy about finding out I was pregnant at first. To anyone who thinks that things are impossible, or nothing will ever get better & are going through the same situation I did, things will always turn out unexpected and everything will work its self out ❤
