anybody's parents not happy?

About your pregnancy ? My mom has been unsupportive which sucks cause she's my mom but I'm trying to not let it get to me. I'm already married and even have a baby so this isn't a first time thing for her. She has her views and I have mine. 
How have you handled it?

Yup, my in laws are not supportive at all. I am married and we've been married for a year. We told over 12 family members from that side. Not a single one was happy, not a single one said congratulations. Part of it has to do with the fact that I'm part Mexican and I married into a white family full of business owners. To them I was a bad business decision that my husband made and so is this baby. I won't dare let it dictate my life. I am going to be happy for this baby. And all of my family is very supportive, happy, and ready to help. I can't even look at anyone from my husband's family right now. And they probably won't see their grandchild either. If the child has questions later on they can ask grandpa and grandma why they didn't want him/her.

The same boat, I have a 7 years old.. my hubby and I have been taking care of him the best we can and we planned this pregnancy when we told her she wasn't have a problem at the doctor office with billing got messed up she freaked out on me and hasn't spoke to me in 3 weeks. She feels disappointed in me i never gave her the right! Hope things get better for you girl!

My In laws dont give a shit I cared at first , they dont like me just because ?? LOL TF? They act like they do infront of me tbh fuck them, for sure they are going to want to come around when the baby is born, im good though and my parents are supportive ☺️ all i need

My inlaws are over the moon, very excited and involved but my mom is kind of weary. I think it's because I'm high risk so she doesn't want to get attached but it does hurt a little when I go to her to show her the new ultrasound pictures and she's just like "oh. Cool."
