With pre-eclampsia or hypertension, does your blood pressure have to be constantly high? I was monitored in ER twice this past week per instructions of my OB because of high BP at my prenatal. It was still high when getting monitored Wednesday but was no protein in my urine so they sent me home. I'm worried that despite the protein, they should have taken the high BP More seriously. I've been monitoring at home and although it's not always in the high range, it usually is at least once a day. I'm not sure if it ALWAYS has to be high to indicate a problem.
